How long have you been working in photography/film and what got you into it?
I've loved photography since I was a kid thanks to my artistic mom who would take photos all the time and develop her own film rolls to create our family photo albums. I started taking it seriously as a career in 2010. I knew I wanted to be in the arts and entertainment industry at a young age, and I'm grateful that I get to work in it now!

What type of photography do you do?
I mainly shoot portraits. I also have experience with shooting unit stills on film sets, concerts, and product photography for different brands.

What virtual services do you provide?
I can do product photography work remotely in my fully equipped home photo studio. Product photography clients usually mail their items to me with a pre-paid return label (or if they're local, they can drop it off in person.) I photograph and/or film the products in my studio, deliver the edited content, and then ship the products back to the client if they want them back.

How do I book a photoshoot with you?
You can contact me by email or the contact form to provide information about the shoot, such as the desired date and time, concept, location, deadlines, etc. The shoot date is reserved only after the client pays the non-refundable retainer fee.

Do I have to sign a contract for a photoshoot?
Yes, every client is required to read and sign my contract before a shoot.

What if I don't want my photos posted on your social media, website, marketing materials, etc.?
Please let me know this when you first reach out to book a session. I ask all clients to sign a model release form before the shoot. This gives me permission to use the photos for marketing and showcase my work to other potential clients. However, you can opt out of this if you want to keep your photos private. I'm the copyright holder for all the photos I take unless it is transferred to someone else.

Do I get to choose the photos?
As the photographer, part of my job is to select the best photos from the session for you. The photos you don’t receive are test shots, blurry, photos where you blinked, etc. I'll never keep additional photos hostage if I think you'd like them!

Can I have the RAW files?
Short answer: No. Long answer: No. I don’t provide RAW files because they’re unfinished images. By giving the RAW files away, I run the risk of having my photos edited in a way that is not an accurate representation of my work. Before you book a photographer, you should be 100% sure that you love their editing style and you want your photos to look like the ones in their portfolio.

Can I bring an escort to the shoot with me?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your partner, a friend, a relative, etc. to the session with you if they will help you feel more comfortable and won’t distract you.

Can you Photoshop me to make me look thinner, taller, paler, etc?
I don't include body modifications in my work and I include this as a clause in my contract. I don't alter people's bodies or faces beyond simple changes like removing blemishes, stray hairs, or teeth whitening. I like to keep most of my work as natural/true to life as possible.

I’m awkward and don’t know how to pose for photos. Can you help with that?
Yes, I have experience with giving clients posing directions and prompts. I'll do my best to help you feel and look comfortable in front of the camera.
